Sally Richards is accountable for Gap International's business and organizational development. She has led successful initiatives with clients in such fields as telecommunications, consumer products and medical devices. In addition, Ms. Richards oversees Gap International's product market and business development strategy.
Prior to joining Gap International in 1998, Ms. Richards was an executive at AT&T and then Lucent Technologies where she executed the turn-around of several major business units. She has extensive corporate experience in marketing strategy and brand development, innovation and commercialization of products, and quality and process improvement.
Ms. Richards is a Trustee Emerita of Bryant College and past President and CEO of the Cancer Hope Network. She received a B.A. in mathematics and fine arts from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
