Scott Kittrell is accountable for Gap International's strategy consulting business. He has been instrumental in developing the Breakthrough Strategy process that has been implemented in many corporations around the world. He is also responsible for the development and execution of Gap's corporate strategy, partnering with each area of the business to deliver their commitments for the near and long term. Additionally, Mr. Kittrell leads the strategy and design of Gap International's portfolio of online products as well as analytics for Gap International's Breakthrough Diagnostic products.
For eight years, Mr. Kittrell has designed and led corporate strategy in many corporations and countries around the world, including executive teams in over thirty countries throughout South America, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. He also regularly consults executives and teams in FORTUNE Global 1000 organizations, working with them to deliver breakthrough results and performance.
Prior to joining Gap in 2003, Mr. Kittrell worked as an internal strategy consultant for a not-for-profit organization and also served for five years as Director of Operations and Creative Director for a marketing firm.He received his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial Management and Corporate Finance.
