Alex Topakbashian joined Gap International in 2000. He is responsible for Gap International’s Breakthrough Diagnostics business, which consists of diagnostic products that measure the capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations to deliver breakthrough performance. In this role, he is accountable for all aspects of Gap International’s diagnostic products, including design, delivery, sales, and marketing.

 

He has been instrumental in developing consulting delivery methods for Gap’s breakthrough diagnostics, including a Specialist Training to train client partners in leading conversations for breakthrough performance in their companies.

 

Mr. Topakbashian partners with senior executives around the globe, having consulted in several countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and in Australia.

 

He serves as Chairman of his Church Council and Member of the of the Diocesan Council of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America.

 

Mr. Topakbashian received his BS in Business Administration, his MBA with specializations in Analytics and Information Systems, and his MS in Analytics all from Villanova University. He also serves as Advisor to Villanova University’s MBA Program.
