Stephanie DiSantis joined Gap International in 2004. She leads all aspects of service delivery inside Gap’s commitment to deliver extraordinary value to our client partners. Specifically, she is responsible for business operations, contract fulfillment, resourcing, quality, and client experience

 

Prior to this role, Ms. DiSantis was instrumental in growing Gap’s Human Resources function. She led all aspects of HR, including talent management, talent development and acquisition, operational planning, compliance, compensation and benefits.

 

During her tenure at Gap, Ms. DiSantis has worked with executive teams and their companies in North American, European, Middle Eastern and Australian markets in various industries, including pharmaceutical, banking, recruiting, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, mining, telecommunications, healthcare, building materials, and utilities.

 

Ms. DiSantis received her BS in Finance and Real Estate from Penn State University and her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also holds a SHRM SCP certification and is a ProSci Certified Change Practitioner.
