Andy Hooper joined Gap International in 1998 and has played a primary role in the growth and expansion of the company. He is currently accountable for new product development, innovation & research and is responsible for the company’s Breakthrough Diagnostic business. Before assuming this role, Mr. Hooper co-led the company's Executive Services Division. He also previously led business development for Gap International's Breakthrough Enterprise Consulting division, which partners with CEOs and C-level executives to deliver enduring, profitable business growth.
Mr. Hooper has worked extensively with executives and teams all over the world to deliver sustainable business growth and performance. His consulting experience includes work in industries such as consumer goods, biotechnology, telecommunications, energy, and manufacturing. He has also designed and led several corporate conferences to engage and align organizations around new business strategies.
Mr. Hooper joined Gap International after completing four years of service in the United States Marine Corps where he was a Marine Corps Captain. He holds a B.AS. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
