Ilene Muething has been a vice president with the company since joining in 1998. She is currently responsible for business process and infrastructure at Gap International. She partners with all areas of the business to create and maintain processes and structures that support and accelerate the growth of the company.
Prior to this role, Ms. Muething led Gap International's Breakthrough Enterprise Consulting division, which partners with CEOs and C-level executives to deliver enduring, profitable business growth and performance. She was accountable for all aspects of the company's enterprise-wide initiatives including engagement design, resource allocation and delivery quality. Ms. Muething has also been instrumental in the design and delivery of several of Gap International's Breakthrough Leader programs.
Ms. Muething is a lead consultant, partnering with CEOs and senior executive teams in a variety of industries. She has extensive experience in publishing, telecommunications, manufacturing and consumer goods.
Ms. Muething holds a B.S. in mathematics from Montclair State College and an M.B.A. in marketing from Seton Hall University.
