In the physical world, how far you're able to see is variable. Looking out toward the distant horizon, there is a line where vision fails—whether because of atmospheric conditions, objects in the way, or simply the curvature of the earth.

Similarly, when leading a business into the future, our view can become so clouded by current circumstances that we can no longer see the way forward. Our original vision can seem unattainable.

When that happens, it's good to remember that we conjured the possibility of that vision in our imagination in the first place, and gave it being and substance with our words. From that perspective, our vision of the future can always be renewed.

It can extend as far and wide as we are capable of imagining.
