Alexis Topakbashian

Alexis Topakbashian joined Gap International in 2004. She is responsible for the design, methods, and materials used in our Enterprise Consulting division to deliver our breakthrough consulting work.

Previously, she held various roles in Gap’s Breakthrough Diagnostics business. She was instrumental in creating new diagnostics and associated products, including our Patient Experience Diagnostic.

Ms. Topakbashian has partnered with senior leaders through Gap International courses and consulting initiatives. She has led and coached clients in our Executive Challenge Course and Executive Mastery and has worked with executives around the world in countries such as England, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Peru. She has worked most extensively in the mining and pharmaceutical industries.

Ms. Topakbashian received her BS in Film and Television Production from Boston University.
