Ani Yeramyan Speirs

Ani Yeramyan Speirs has been with Gap International since 1999. She is responsible for the company's Breakthrough Enterprise Consulting division, which partners with CEOs and C-level executives to deliver enduring, profitable business growth and performance. In this role, she is accountable for all aspects of Gap International's consulting services, public programs, and products, including business development, marketing, and delivery quality.

As a lead consultant, Ms. Speirs partners with senior executives and teams in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Latin America to drive breakthroughs in business performance. She has consulted in a variety of industries, including global consumer goods, pharmaceutical, health care, telecommunications, and financial services.

Ms. Speirs received a BA in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
