Ani Yeramyan Speirs has been a key member of Gap International since 1999 and leads the company’s Breakthrough Enterprise Consulting division. In this role, she works closely with CEOs and C-suite executives to drive sustainable, profitable business growth and enhance organizational performance. Ms. Speirs is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Gap International's consulting services, public programs, and products, including business development, marketing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.


As a lead consultant, Ms. Speirs partners with senior executives and teams across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America to help them achieve breakthrough performance. Her extensive consulting experience spans a variety of industries, including global consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, utilities, and mining. She works alongside organizations to create transformational change, improving both leadership and business outcomes.


Ms. Speirs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Her education has been foundational in her approach to leadership development, blending deep insights into human behavior with a strategic mindset to deliver impactful, long-term results for her clients.


Outside of her professional work, Ms. Speirs is an active member of her community. She serves on the board of the Armenian Assembly of America, a national, nonpartisan organization dedicated to promoting public understanding and awareness of Armenian issues. Additionally, she leads and volunteers at her local Armenian Church and community, further reflecting her commitment to service and leadership.
