Carl Schwind is accountable for the training and development of Gap International consultants. Specifically, he leads the resourcing, fulfillment and delivery of Gap International’s Breakthrough Intensive for Friends & Family, a course which is led 6 times each year.
Since joining Gap in 1999, Mr. Schwind has held various roles in different areas of the company, including Marketing, Diagnostics, the Executive Leadership Development Division, and the Executive Services Division, where he led and grew the Boston business for 10 years. He was also instrumental in the conversion of Gap’s courses to the virtual environment during and after COVID.
Mr. Schwind has consulted with executives in over 26 countries, working with them to cause mindset shifts and ultimately, accelerated performance and leadership. Industries he has worked with include telecon, pharma, FMCG, finance, health insurance, mining, and utilities.
Mr. Schwind has been a Villanova School of Business mentor program Advisory Board member for 6 years. He graduated with his Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and his MBA from Babson College.
