Her work has been pivotal in not only enhancing the company’s market presence, but also in cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.

 

Ms. Cooper co-leads the development of Gap International’s cutting-edge Genius work, designed to unlock organizational brilliance and drive exceptional performance. She is also instrumental in the delivery of The Leveraging Genius Conference, an event that brings together senior executives and their teams to study, leverage, and apply their most exceptional thinking to their organizational outcomes.

 

Ms. Cooper has over 30 years of experience working with global leaders across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, energy utilities, telecommunications, and financial services. She works closely with CEOs and executive teams in Global 1000 companies, helping them achieve breakthrough results in growth, performance, and organizational alignment. Through her work, she has guided numerous leaders in transforming their organizations and executing their boldest ambitions, fostering environments where individuals can realize their fullest potential and deliver extraordinary outcomes.

 

Before joining Gap International in 1989, Ms. Cooper co-founded and served as president of a successful corporate graphic design and marketing firm, bringing a creative, results-driven approach to her work at Gap International. Her extensive experience in both the creative and strategic aspects of business has enabled her to be a versatile and highly effective leader.


Ms. Cooper is deeply committed to causes that drive positive social impact. Over the last 15 years she has given her time, energy, and passion to various organizations in her community and has been a longtime supporter of The Hunger Project.

Ms. Cooper started her academic and design career at Carnegie Mellon but as life often does, it brought her back to Philadelphia to finish her education at the Philadelphia College of Art where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. She also completed the prestigious Tuck Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
