Ian Scott is accountable for Human Resources at Gap International, leading recruitment, talent management, culture, and organizational development across the company.

 

Since joining Gap in 2000, he has held other positions in Human Resources, Marketing, and Training and Development, in addition to serving as General Manager of former subsidiary company Crum Creek Mills.

 

Mr. Scott consults with Global 1000 executives and teams and has worked across a variety of industries, including financial, manufacturing, global consumer goods, pharmaceutical, utilities, healthcare, and medical devices. He also leads Gap’s Executive Challenge Course.

 

Mr. Scott graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
