Jessica Lalley joined Gap International in 2000. She has been instrumental in building Gap International’s proprietary consulting materials and resources and in developing the company’s internal consultant training. Today, she is accountable for all aspects of the company’s Breakthrough Diagnostics division, including business development, marketing, and client delivery.

 

Throughout her tenure with the company, Ms. Lalley has consulted with senior executives and their teams from Global 1000 organizations in United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, consumer goods, oil & gas, and energy. She was one of the founders of Gap International’s Government Affairs Department working with the U.S. Department of Interior, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Department of Energy.

 

Ms. Lalley is also a former adjunct faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute, which is a part of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and specializes in the leadership development of U.S. Government officials.

 

She holds Bachelor of Arts in Chinese History and Chinese Language from Bryn Mawr College, and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Ms. Lalley also served on the board of YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer in Pittsburgh.
