Jessica Lalley joined Gap International in 2000 and has spent more than two decades at the center of the firm’s consulting practice. As Vice President she leads Gap International’s Consulting Division, overseeing client engagements across the portfolio to ensure seamless delivery, consistently high quality, and outcomes that endure.
Ms. Lalley has been a foundational architect of Gap’s proprietary consulting materials and methodology. She previously led the firm’s Breakthrough Diagnostics Division and was a founding contributor to Gap International’s Government Affairs practice, partnering with leaders across the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Personnel Management, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Energy. She is also a former adjunct faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute.
Her client work spans Global 1000 organizations across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with deep experience in healthcare, consumer goods, energy, and oil and gas. Over more than two decades, she has partnered with senior executives and leadership teams at the inflection points where ambition meets execution.
Ms. Lalley holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through the Association of Change Management Professionals.
