Previously, Nancy led Gap International’s Executive Services Division, where she oversaw all aspects of its programs, including business development, strategy, and marketing. She was instrumental in shaping the division’s direction and ensuring the highest level of quality in the delivery of executive programs. Her leadership has been central to the success of Gap International’s renowned Breakthrough Leadership programs, where she has worked closely with senior executives and teams to execute enterprise-wide breakthrough initiatives that drive unprecedented growth and performance.

For over 30 years, Nancy has been a trusted advisor to business leaders across industries, guiding them in achieving transformational results through strategic insight and innovative leadership development. She has played an integral role in designing and delivering the Executive Challenge Course and the Executive Mastery Program, both of which have had a profound impact on leaders striving to reach new levels of performance and success. Prior to joining Gap International in 1995, Nancy spent 12 years at General Electric, where she gained extensive experience in finance, strategy, and business operations. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, where she focused on computer information science, accounting, and finance.

In addition to her professional achievements, Nancy is deeply committed to leadership development and mentorship. She has served as a mentor for women’s leadership groups, empowering the next generation of leaders to grow, innovate, and achieve their full potential.
