Rachna Patel leads Marketing for Gap International and is accountable for the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives across the business.
 
Since joining the company in 2002, Ms. Patel has held various Marketing and Strategy leadership roles, including being responsible for the development and execution of Gap’s corporate strategy.
 
Ms. Patel consults Global 1000 executives and teams, working with them to deliver breakthrough results. She leads Gap’s Executive Challenge Course and has also led Gap’s breakthrough strategy process around the world with teams in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
 
Ms. Patel graduated from a dual degree program at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving her B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Marketing from The Wharton School and her B.A. from the Annenberg School for Communication.
