Steve Rosenthal

Steve Rosenthal leads corporate-wide business growth and performance initiatives in partnership with leaders of Global 1000 companies. He is a regular speaker at corporations and business conferences on breakthrough thinking, high performance, leadership, alignment, execution, and productivity.

Mr. Rosenthal is an Expert Speaker for Vistage International, one of the world's leading CEO organizations. He is also a former adjunct faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute, which is a part of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and specializes in the leadership development of senior U.S. Government officials.

In 1987, Mr. Rosenthal founded the company's Executive Services Division, where he created the Executive Challenge Course and Executive Mastery programs that together have impacted the growth and performance of thousands of executives.

Prior to joining Gap International, Mr. Rosenthal was an industrial engineer in manufacturing, focusing on systems analysis and cost reduction. He also was an adjunct professor of management and leadership courses at Suffolk University and has authored a number of business publications.

Mr. Rosenthal holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S.B.A. in organizational behavior and development from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
